Mystery Books: Already read the book? No problem! We accept returns on mystery books within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Gift Boxes: If you’re not completely happy with your gift, returns are accepted within 30 days as long as the gift box items are unused and in its original condition.
Bookshop.org Purchases: Some books on our website link to Bookshop.org. These purchases are completed directly through Bookshop.org and are fulfilled by their partners. Because of this, The Healing Shelf does not handle returns, exchanges, or customer service for Bookshop.org orders. If you need to return a book purchased through Bookshop.org, please contact Bookshop.org directly and follow their return policy.
